Additional Field Representation — 2026

Dr. Willie Ulibarri serves as a board-approved PCG Global Missions Field Representative for Uganda, confirmed by the Global Missions Director on October 19, 2026. His scope includes coordination of CCCDC-supported ministries and Village of Hope.

This additional appointment does not supersede Penny Derosier's existing Uganda field representation. CCCDC remains a distinct U.S. nonprofit ministry organization; local congregations retain their own governance unless separately documented.

Village Church Network — Reported

Willie Ulibarri and CCCDC's October 2026 Uganda strategic plan describe a network of approximately 200 village churches in Western Uganda.

This is a network-reported estimate, not an independently checked roster of PCG-affiliated churches. It is not added to PCG's official church totals pending church-by-church reconciliation.
